About Rhonda

Rhonda Mills, Coach & Yoga Teacher, is an avidly curious, deeply intuitive, creative, and playful spirit in a dancing body. For as long as she can remember, she’s been fascinated with how people’s perspectives shape their lives and choices.

As is a lifelong ‘mover’, Rhonda has broad experience in many movement techniques, as well as a diverse dance career in Los Angeles and Japan as a performer in musical theater, modern dance, stage. She also enjoyed a competing on the national ballroom dance circuit in 1999.

Now, with over ten years studying and practicing transformational processes for body, mind, and heart, Rhonda inspires and teaches people to bring spirit, embodied and in-bodied, to everyday life. She loves and cares for her two children, three pets, several plants, and a sweet community of local and world-wide fellow learners and friends.
